From our Designers, to our Management staff, Installers and Customer Service Representatives, you can be assured that every member of the Interior Specialists' team adheres to the strictest quality and customer service standards.

Quick Response . . . We guarantee that every customer service request is responded to within five working days. Our computer system ages all customer service requests and any request left for more than three days is immediately reported to a general manager.

We Care, Even after COE . . . Even after close of escrow we continue to provide customer support to your homebuyers through a toll-free customer service number. We encourage homebuyers to call us for questions on maintenance, stain removal and any other questions involving our products with which they might need assistance. Our customer service hotline, (888) 977-8222, is toll-free and available from 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday and 8:00am to 12:00 noon on Saturdays.
