Systems Support . . . In order to
achieve seamless communications between the buyer, superintendent,
corporate office, vendors, subcontractors and the Interior Specialists
team we have developed an all-inclusive software package. Our builder
options computer system is fully integrated with our flooring support
system, enabling us to offer your homebuyers a complete selection
package.
When the homebuyer selects their options, our Options Consultant
can simultaneously print the Buyer's options contract, superintendent's
report, subcontractor's purchase order and subcontractor's cancellation
notice. Additionally, buyer options reports, subcontractor reports
and construction cutoffs are immediately available.
With all these systems in place we are certain to avoid the main
obstacle in all option programs: poor communication.
